Credit cards can be incredibly convenient, but to your kids credit card use can seem like magic. If you use your credit card if front of your kids – and most of us do – follow through and let them watch you pay the bill at the end of the month, too. That way they’ll connect what could seem like a magical purchase with the reality that all purchases, whether by credit card or not, must eventually be paid for. While you’re at it, you can explain the impact of interest and fees, too!
